Cancellation & bookings policy - General information

Cancellations require a minimum of 48hrs notice. If cancellation occurs after 48hrs you will incur the full treatment cost and this must be paid before booking your next treatment.

No show. If you fail to attend your appointment on the day you will be expected to pay the full amount for the treatment. If this cost isn’t paid in full you will not be able to book any further treatments until the amount owed is settled.

Late arrivals. Please note that if you are 15 minutes late your treatment will need to be rescheduled if it can not be completed in the remaining time frame. If you do not make contact this will be considered a “no show” and will be charged the full fee of the treatment.

Deposits All Microblading, PMU & aesthetics require a £100 non refundable deposit to be paid in full to secure your appointment.

Rescheduling. As long as you remain before the 48hr cancellation period treatments can be rescheduled up to two times. Any rescheduling requests after this and you will be asked to pay for your appointment in full and not be able to reschedule again.

Please note any deposits paid are non refundable in any circumstance. Even if an appointment is cancelled within a 48hr time frame. Please also remember taking a payment for a cancellation is not something taken lightly.

Patch tests. To prove that you are not allergic to any products, a patch test is required prior to your treatments. This will be discussed upon booking.

Consultations All consultations are free and are used to discuss your future appointment in more detail. We will work out what treatment is best suited to you and talk more in depth about your goals/desires for your end result and overall outcome.
